G.S.Energy is the first silicon metal producer established in 2008, we produce various grade of silicon metal that are widely used in aluminum, chemical and Technology industries. We are located in Ratchaburi Industrial Estate, Thailand. There are 6 sets of three phases 12600KVA electric furnaces with total annual production output of 45000mt. GS group owns two quartz mines located 150km from the Ratchaburi smelting plant with 22 milion tons high purity quartz reserves. The rich and quality stable quartz together with our established smelting techniques, that provide the extraordinary strength for the silicon metal

PRODUCTS

Silicon is a very commonly seen minor metals element; it is largely used for Aluminum ingot, Polysilicon, Silicon compound. Natural Silicon is in form SiO2 compound, it can be widely found in the rocks, gravel, soil, the pure silicon can be smelted and refined by adding the carbon reductants (charcoal, petroleum coke, coal, wood chips etc..) The chemical reduction formula is SiO2 + 2C → Si + 2CO.
